VOLCOM GLOBAL YOUTH- MEN’S

Worked on two seasons designing the Volcom Global Youth program for Fall 2016/Holiday 16/17 while designer was on maternity leave. Designed youth assortment (Baby through Boys) and managed youth take-downs. Collaborated with Men's Design Team on-site in Costa Mesa and remotely aligned with design team in Japan and Paris for Outerwear and sweater design assortments, respectively.  Presented Youth assortment in design meetings to sales, management and internal partners. Attended fittings and communicated changes with Product/Tech Design teams. Approved fabric, lab dips and fit of all youth global categories from proto through to final fit.
